Unleashing the Power of STABLE
IN JANUARY 2024, WE REACHED A MAJOR MILESTONE IN THE STABLE IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT. WE ONBOARDED OIT AND MANY OTHER DEPARTMENTS INTO THE PLATFORM, MOVING AWAY FROM OUR PREVIOUS TRACKING SOFTWARE THAT HAD BEEN IN USE FOR 18 YEARS. THE INITIAL VISION FOR STABLE WAS TO SIMPLIFY THE SERVICE REQUEST PROCESS FOR FACULTY, STAFF AND STUDENTS WHILE IMPROVING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COORDINATION ACROSS THE UNIVERSITY. WE NOW HAVE
A SIGNIFICANT NUMBER OF DEPARTMENTS USING THE SOFTWARE TO SUPPORT NUMEROUS BUSINESS PROCESSES.

Over 24 custom Power BI dashboards with
multiple reports and visualizations created
