Increased visibility to events and communicating appropriate procedures for compliance issues,
will assist SMU Police and Risk Management in addressing campus safety. An enhanced website will be available to help better guide individuals requesting an event through the process including locating rooms, completing forms, and more.
The last major component of this initial implementation is the launch of the OIT ticketing processes within STABLE. This has been delayed
due to the complexity of the project thus far, but will be a major focus during this academic year.
As we begin the 2022-2023 academic year, we hope to introduce our single ticketing platform with enhanced reporting, coordination, and ultimately an enhanced customer service experience.
