Short Description: Term activated students, without GPA data.

Long Description: This is a view of table STNDT_CAT_TERM, and does not contain any GPA/grade data. Contains students who are eligible to enroll, by Academic Career and Term. Details term and cumulative credit hours, transfer hours, and test credit hours.

ACAD_CAREER	Code for Academic Career. Value attached to the student.
STRM	Code for Term
REG_CARD_DATE	Date of first enrollment action for a term (set by tuition process)
WITHDRAW_CODE	Not Withdrawn, Withdrawn, or Cancelled
WITHDRAW_REASON	Reason for Withdrawn or Cancelled
WITHDRAW_DATE	Date withdrawn or Cancelled
STDNT_CAR_NBR	Career Number assigned to Academic Program
ACAD_PROG_PRIMARY	Student's Primary Academic Program
ACADEMIC_LOAD	Based on hours, full-time, half-time, etc.
ACAD_LEVEL_BOT	Academic Level, or Classification, and beginning of a term
ACAD_LEVEL_EOT	Academic Level, or Classification, as of end of a term
ACAD_YEAR	Academic Year of the term
FULLY_ENRL_DT	Effectively the term begin date
FULLY_GRADED_DT	Effectively the term end date
ELIG_TO_ENROLL	Student eligible to enroll for a term
UNT_TAKEN_PRGRSS	Term SMU hours taken
UNT_PASSD_PRGRSS	Term SMU Credit Hours
UNT_TAKEN_GPA	Term SMU GPA credit hours
UNT_PASSD_GPA	Term GPA hours passed
UNT_TAKEN_NOGPA	Term SMU non-GPA hours

Criteria Notes:

Begin with U_SR_CARTERM_VW when pulling students for a Term, and you do not have access to STDNT_CAR_TERM, or you want to exclude GPA/Grade data.

If pulling enrolled: WITHDRAW_CODE = NWD

You cannot join to STDNT_ENRL for enrollment status if you do not have access to grades; instead, set REGISTERED = R (this value is set by a billing process, and in rare instances enrollment is added so late that this flag is not set).
