Table: STDNT_AWARDS - Student Awards

Short Description: Financial aid awarded

Long Description: Individual transactions for financial aid awarded

Useful Fields:

Field Name	Field Descr
EMPLID	Student/Person ID number
AID_YEAR	Aid Year for financial aid data (begins with a fall term)
ITEM_TYPE	Item Number code that describes the transaction
ACAD_CAREER	Code for Academic Career. Value attached to the student.
AWARD_STATUS	Status of a financial aid award
OFFER_AMOUNT	Financial Aid amount offered to the student (may not be accepted)
ACCEPT_AMOUNT	Financial Aid amount accepted by the student (may not be disbursed)
DISBURSED_AMOUNT	Financial amount disbursed to the student
FIN_AID_TYPE	Type of Financial Aid (scholarship, loan, etc.)
DISBURSEMENT_PLAN	Disbursement Plan
SPLIT_CODE	Split Code for financial aid split across terms with an aid year

Criteria Notes:

An aid year begins with the fall term

An amount is offered to a student (OFFER_AMOUNT). The student agrees to the amount (ACCEPT_AMOUNT). The amount is disbursed to the student's account (DISBURSED_AMOUNT)
