Table Information for SRVC_IND_DATA:

Table: SRVC_IND_DATA - Service Indicator Data

Short Description: Holds (service indicators) attached to a student

Long Description: Holds (service indicators) attached to a student

Useful Fields:

Field Name	Field Descr
EMPLID	Student/Person ID number
SRVC_IND_DTTM	Date/Time stamp
SRVC_IND_CD	Code for Service Indicator, or Hold
SRVC_IND_REASON	Code for service indicator (hold) reason
OPRID	ID of administrative user who performed this action
SRVC_IND_ACT_TERM	Active term for service indicators (holds) that are term specific
POS_SRVC_INDICATOR	Flag to denote if the service indicator is positive (does not restrict enrollment, etc.)
DEPTID	Department associated with a Hold (service indicator)
AMOUNT	Amount overdue, attached to a hold due to non-payment
COMM_COMMENTS	Comment attached to a hold (service indicator).

Criteria Notes:

Current holds appear on the record, released holds do not appear on the record.

There is a date/time stamp, this is not when the hold was placed. Many holds are placed by processes and each time the process wants to place a hold that already exists then the data/time is updated.
