EFF_STATUS	Active or inactive as of effective date
EXT_ORG_TYPE	Code for external org type (school, business, etc.)
PROPRIETORSHIP	Proprietorship: public, private, religious, other

Join to this table from ADM_MC_VW, field LAST_SCH_ATTEND for the Last School description

Join LAST_SCH_ATTEND to EXT_ORG_ID
