Our service portfolio increased to include the new GlobalProtect VPN client to support our growing requirements for access to important resources from anywhere. Panopto was introduced, enabling faculty to efficiently produce engaging video content that easily integrates into their Canvas courses, along with providing fast, accurate closed-captioning for accommodating every learner. A virtual lab solution, Apporto,
was implemented to allow a student to access a fully functional virtual machine with popular software used in coursework. Partnering again with the Office of Facilities Planning and Management, work began on the new Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS), which will enable new capabilities for facility management, space planning, incident management, and asset tracking.
